This mattress is covered by a guarantee of quality and conformity in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”). This guarantee is offered by Alessanderx SpA and is valid for two years from the date of purchase, which is recorded on the receipt, which must be presented by the buyer as proof of the date of purchase. The guarantee is valid if the defects and deficiencies are reported within two months from the date of their detection by registered letter or telegram to Alessanderx SpA in Prato, Via San Leonardo da Porto Maurizio 24/26/28 or by fax to +39 0574 5101235. If, after the timely complaint by the consumer, it is found that the defects and/or deficiencies complained of exist, Alessanderx SpA

The validity of the legal and traditional guarantee presupposes that the mattress has been used correctly and that the rules of use and maintenance have been respected. Complaints for torn threads, holes or stains in the fabric or other possible defects and/or obvious defects that do not affect the functionality of the mattress must be reported promptly after delivery and no later than seven days from delivery to Alessanderx SpA in Prato, Via San Leonardo da Porto Maurizio 24/26/28 by registered letter or telegram or by fax to the number +39 0574 5101235. The date of the postmark of dispatch will be the reference date for the calculation of the terms. If the seven-day deadline mentioned above is not respected, obvious defects and/or defects in the mattress will not be covered by the guarantee. Sinkings of less than 15% of the height of the mattress are considered physiological and are therefore excluded from the guarantee. The guarantee is also excluded if the mattress is stored in conditions that could cause deformation or the formation of mold. A dimensional tolerance of +/- 2 cm due to the assembly of elastic components is considered normal and is therefore excluded from the guarantee. Defects caused by: incorrect handling, use of force, excessive stress, dirt, humidity, repairs by third parties are not covered by the guarantee. Stains on the mattress and any signs of wear and tear resulting from normal use of the product are also not covered by the guarantee. Alexanderx SpA reserves the right to send a representative to inspect the defective mattress and identify the cause of the problem before collecting it for repair. During transport, the mattress should be protected with a plastic sheet to avoid further damage.
